Size

Structure size

The default structure size. The possible options are the following:

• Fit to Cell: If this option is chosen, the size of the structures will change along with the cell size.

• Fixed Scale: If this option is chosen, the Fixed Scale [%] menu appears.

• Fixed Scale (%): Use this option to define the scale of the structure in percentage. The default value is 100. In this case, the cell and structure sizes are handled separately. Higher values mean that all structures will be displayed with a fixed size and bond length, proportional to each other. The percentage will be the same as the zoom factor in MarvinSketch dialog when opening the structure for editing.

Default Structure Cell Size (px)

The default structure size for imported structures in pixels. The first value is the width and the second value is the height. It is possible to change the values by clicking in the field. Alternatively, a sub-menu can be opened to change the values separately. The elements of the sub-menu are the following:

• Width: The default value is 210, click inside the field to change the value.

• Height: The default value is 150, click inside the filed to change the value.

Column Headers

The following options can be specified in this menu:

• Alignment : Autofit function can be switched on/off.

• Misc : Background color: default background color can be specified.

• Font : default font style and color can be specified.

The following options can be specified in this menu:
