Bond Length

• Checker searches for bond lengths different than the default setting (in 2D structures). The checker does not check the length of coordinate bonds and position variation bonds.

• Fixer :

  offers cleaning the structure by:

  • 2D clean or (clean);
  • partial clean (partialclean);
  • Bond lenght fixer (bondlengthfixer).
