Python API

The Chemaxon Python API provides a native Python toolkit.
This API is built upon the robust, stable, and well-trusted Chemaxon chemistry software, which has been at the forefront of cheminformatics, including molecular transformations and calculations.
The Python API is a freestanding product with no external dependencies and requires no external API calls.
Molecular conversions, simple property calculations, fingerprinting, similarity checks for compounds and many more are now available wherever you use Python.
Compounds are mapped to Python objects, which can be incorporated into any analytic workflow, Jupyter worksheet or real-time process using all the available Pythonic tools.
