Aromatize

This action performs aromatization according to the selected aromatization method.

Set aromatization method by using one of the following options:

• general: general (Daylight) type aromatization (aromatize) (default)

• basic: basic (Chemaxon) type aromatization (aromatize:b)

• loose: loose type aromatization (aromatize:l)

Note :

• Aromatization does not change existing aromatic bonds, so if you need to rearomatize an incorrectly aromatized molecule, please place action "Dearomatize" before "Aromatize".

• Example of action sequence: if an action transforms aromatized functional groups, aromatization should occur before transformation in order to receive the correct substructure search results.
