Overlapping Atoms¶
- Checker searches for overlapping atoms, i.e., atoms closer than the pre-set percentage of the default atom radius.

Fixer offers cleaning the structures by:

2D clean (
clean) or; -
partial clean (
partialclean).

- Optimized to show only the terminal carbon and hydrogen atoms so the overlap of the inter-chain atoms is not taken into consideration
