Atom Query Property

• Checker searches for atoms having query properties. Tick options for searching:

  • Hydrogen Count (:hydrogenCount=true);
  • Connection Count (:connectionCount=true);
  • Ring Bond Count (:ringBondCount=true);
  • Ring Count (:ringCount=true);
  • Implicit Hydrogen Count (:implicitHydrogenCount=true);
  • Smallest Ring Size (:smallestRingSize=true);
  • Aromaticity (:aromaticity=true);
  • Substitution Count (:substitutionCount=true);
  • Unsaturation (:unsaturation=true);
  • Explicit Connection Count (:explicitConnectionCount=true)
  • Recursive SMARTS (:recursiveSmarts=true)

• Fixer: removes the identified query properties (removeatomqueryproperty`).
