Selecting rows

A table or grid view always has an active row – an active record. The active row is highlighted by a grey rectangle. The active row can be changed either by clicking an other record or navigating to it using the Up/Down ** arrow keys. M ultiple rows can be selected by holding down the *CTRL ** key while clicking on aimed rows. If you want to select a range of rows in a table (grid), you can use the *SHIFT key: click the first row in the range, then hold down the **SHIFT ** key and click the last row of the range you want to select.
