This page documents the version history and changes for the DSClient application and documentation.
All releases are published to chemaxon.jfrog.io/cxn-professional-services-docker-release/registration_dsclient.
DSClient major.minor version have been tested and are fully compatible with the corresponding version of CompReg.
Numbering patterns follow the CompReg release.

DSClient Releases

  • Release date: March 26, 2026
  • JChem version: 25.3.2

Improvements/Changes

  • Initial and modification dates align with the actual changes to additional data fields, rather than any change to the compound. This provides more accurate tracking of when specific additional data values were added or modified.

Improvements/Changes

  • Optional strict consistency mode can be configured with RegDSClientStrictConsistency property, see details here
  • Increased AD_DICTIONARY_VALUES column size

Bugfixes:

  • Fixed SQL UPDATE statement for the VERSION table, which would cause version updates to fail.
  • Resume processing from failed batch instead of first message when processing fails mid-batch.
  • Fixed SQL Server migration for original identifier index.

  • Parallel message processing, for large volumes of messages, is now possible.
