CAS conversion and license key do not work

If you experience problems with converting structures to/from CAS numbers or issues using your license key, we recommend the following:

The Java.JNI.dll.config configuration file (path may vary depending on the installation) needs to be changed:

"c:\Program Files (x86)\ChemAxon\ChemAxon.NET\Java.JNI.dll.config"

Please look for the TrustStore option and add ROOT as follows:

Save the file and relaunch your Office applications.
