Replace tool¶
The Replace tool serves to bulk replace monomers by other monomers in a single action.
- Click
from the toolbar to open the Replace monomers dialog.
- Select the monomer type
- Select the monomer abbreviation to be replaced
- Select the substituting monomer abbreviation and click "Apply to All"
- Repeat the steps above to introduce modifications to other selected components on the canvas
