Billing, invoicing and payment

    This page collects information about billing, invoicing and payment for single/individual Chemicalize users.

    Billing

    The billing settings of your subscriptions can be set/modified under the Billing settings menu item after logging into Chemicalize.

    {info} Clicking on the Billing settings menu item redirects you to the Billing page (in Stripe) outside of Chemicalize.

    On the Billing page you can

    • find some information about your current subscription plan in the Current Plan section;
    • manage your payment methods in the Payment Method section. In case of a credit card you can add a new card and/or delete the old one(s);
    • change your billing information (email address, address, shipping address, Tax ID etc.) in the Billing Information section;
    • find information about your past invoices under the Billing History section.

    {info} Please note that single/individual users can ONLY pay by credit card.

    You can add a new credit card to the old one(s) by clicking the Add payment method and providing the new card information.

    You can delete a credit card from the list of available payment methods by clicking on the X mark next to the chosen card. Please note that the default card can't be deleted from the list.

    Finally, you can change your billing information by clicking on the Update information link in the Billing Information section and changing the relevant field(s).

    Invoicing

    Your past invoices can be found and downloaded after clicking on the Invoices menu item in Chemicalize.
