Please note that the last WAR package was released for Biomolecule Toolkit 19.22.1. Versions after 19.22.1 support docker deployment only.

The package of Biomolecule Toolkit is available as a zip archive, which you can download here: https://chemaxon.com/products/biomolecule-toolkit/download. Extract the archive to a folder of your choice.

The extracted archive contains two .war files: bioreg-web.war, which is the Biomolecule Toolkit server application providing the REST API and bioreg-web-client.war, which is a demo web interface for showcasing some of the toolkit’s capabilities. Additionally, you will find two .properties example files for connecting to a MySQL or Oracle DB host respectively. Note that these files require further editing prior to using them. The included changes.md file describes the changes for each release.
