System administrator(s) can create new team workspaces and team administrators with in the Chemaxon Synergy platform as well as register new application instances and assign them to a team workspace.
The first system administrator account is generated automatically when Chemaxon Synergy is launched. Later new system administrator accounts can be created if necessary.
Besides monitoring the system and the necessary resources, system administrators have to take care of the following tasks within Synergy:
Creating team spaces and inviting the team administrator to set up the team
Creating and deploying application instances and assigning them to team spaces
Removing an application instance from a team space when it is not needed anymore
Inactivating a team space when it is not needed anymore, e.g. , when the team's subscription has expired and they do not want to renew
