User management, transferability

This page includes information about user management and transferring subscriptions for single/individual Chemicalize users.

User management

Single-user/individual Chemicalize subscriptions can only be accessed by the user who created the subscription.

Transferability

It can happen that the user (A) who created a single-user/individual subscription can not/does not want to use it anymore
(e.g. due to not having access to the email address he/she used for subscribing). In that case transferring the subscription to another
user (B) can come up as an idea.

Unfortunately the subscription can't be transferred to user B as it is assigned to the account of user A. The only way to manage this
situation is to cancel the subscription of user A and start a new one under the account of user B.
