Template Toolbar - Bottom Toolbar

    The template toolbar of Marvin JS consists of the icons below. Click the name of an icon to jump to the relevant section of the document.

    Abbreviated Groups

    Opens the Abbreviated groups dialog window, where you can choose the appropriate abbreviation.

    To create an abbreviated group, open the Abbreviated groups dialog by clicking the Abbreviated groups button on the template toolbar or by pressing the Space Bar. Start typing then select a group from the appearing list, then close the dialog and the selected group appears on the tip of the cursor. You can place it on the canvas with a left-click.

    Check the Expand box if you want to see the structure in the expanded form.

    Structure Templates

    Five generic templates are available from the templates toolbar.

    Select the appropriate template from the template toolbar, then left-click on the canvas, where you would like to put the structure. The template appears on the canvas.
