  • Implicit Hydrogen Count (:h=true);

  • Smallest Ring Size (:r=true);

  • Aromaticity (:a=true);

  • Substitution Count (:s=true);

  • Unsaturation (:u=true);

  • Explicit Connection Count (:D=true)

• Fixer: removes the identified query properties (removeatomqueryproperty).
