License Manager

Since Compound Registration version 21.14.0 the License Manager displays both the license Expiration date and the Support Expiration date. Latter is relevant for Perpetual licenses. The License Manager window is also extended with the number of active and licensed Compound Registration users.

The administrator can update the license file through the License Manager by uploading (as a cxl file) or copying it as a text.

Archive Manager

Restore

It is possible to restore compounds that were previously "soft deleted".

{info} From version 25.3.0 the "Undelete" feature is renamed to "Restore".

When restoring, depending on the level, the relevant part of the tree will be also restored. E.g. when a whole tree was deleted (even in multiple steps), when restoring the parent, the version(s) and the lot(s) will be also restored.

Permanent delete

From version 25.3.0 to permanently delete a compound is supported. The compound structure and the structure specific info (generated and additional data) are permanently deleted from the database.

To permanently delete a compound tree, you need to enter the parent ID and after choosing the "Delete permanently" option, you need to type "delete" in the popup window and then click the "Delete" button. In case of a successful process a message is received.
