User-defined flags

User-defined flags is a powerful feature that enables users to associate tariff codes with additional labels within the system. This functionality provides flexibility and customization for users who need to categorize items based on specific criteria such as country-specific regulations, product types, or any other relevant classification.

By following the outlined steps, you can seamlessly integrate additional labels into your workflow.

    1. Prepare CSV File: Create a .csv (Comma Separated Values) file with at least two columns: HS code and flag. The HS code represents the Harmonized System code, the flag column indicates the additional label associated with each HS code. If you want to add more flags to a HS code, just create a corresponding pair for each HS code-flag combination.

    2. Upload File: Navigate to the user-defined flags section. Select Add and upload/drop the prepared .csv file from your local storage.

    3. Selecting Countries: Specify the countries for which the user-defined flags will apply.

    4. Mapping Columns: The system will prompt you to select which columns in the uploaded .csv file contain the HS codes and flags. This step ensures accurate data extraction and association.

    5. Save your settings by clicking Save in the top right corner.

    Displaying Flags
