Overlapping Atoms

    • Checker searches for overlapping atoms, i.e., atoms closer than the pre-set percentage of the default atom radius.

    • Fixer offers cleaning the structures by:

      1. 2D clean (clean) or;

      2. partial clean (partialclean).

    • Optimized to show only the terminal carbon and hydrogen atoms so the overlap of the inter-chain atoms is not taken into consideration
