Standardizer's Unit of Structure Manipulation: Action

A Standardizer action is a predefined modification that changes chemical structures.

A Standardizer action is applied to every input structure to generate the desired chemical representation of compounds.

Structural parts in question are investigated and altered as specified previously in the action.

No modification is performed for molecules that are already in the desired form.

Alternatively, actions may be referred as standardization rules .
